"As an Asian islander, most of what we ordered was fresh and well-prepared to me. However, the salmon handrolls I got (they did not look very appetizing nor fresh so I didn’t bother to take a photo at that time.. seemed discolored (a sign of lacking freshness and the seaweed was soggy (a sign of staying out for too long . Not trying to be critical considering that it’s in a landlocked state, but it’s always better to pay attention to details as such for hygiene reasons."

"My husband and I are staying at a nearby hotel and have been on the road all day. We called Jimmy John's to get some dinner and both the person who took the order as well as the delivery driver were just as sweet as could be. Also, the food got here fast and is delicious. Makes a difference after a long day."

"Looks can be deceiving. Not very attractive from the outside. I got a milkshake and wife got a sandwich. My wife ordered a milkshake like mine because she was so impressed.
