"Stopped in for lunch on Taco Tuesday. I 'm not drinking, but my wife had the O 'Fallon Red from the 100 draft selection. We like 'fun ' menus, and there 's plenty to choose from here. We shared the bowl of beer cheese soup to start. It was really one of the best of that genre we 've had. The tots in the middle gave some nice texture, and overall had a really good flavor, with the bacon, green onions, extra cheese and carrots. We had the taco tuesday variety plate. All three were very tasty, and the green salsa was a super addition. I had the ahi tuna salad. Plated beautifully, tuna steak prepared perfectly, and the wasabi mayo and especially the paradise dressing (on the side) were excellent accompaniments. The pineapple flavor of the dressing was a nice surprise, and I liked that it wasn 't just thin and watery. We 'll definitely be back to try some of the other items. Chicken and waffles, maybe that spicy burger. Good job!"

"Good service. the waiter was attentive all the time. beautiful location and very large outdoor terrace. patio has sunshades and fans to keep them cool on the afternoon. the interior is also open. masks that have to be worn inside and tables were beautifully spread apart. eating was also hot super! sweet potatoes are a must order! if they are a plastic cup sammler these green are quite funny!"

"Hands down the only place you want to be for ramen and sushi in all of the St. Charles area. The owner and his son were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly creating a very warm atmosphere from the start. Our server Justin made things feel very cozy, like we were eating at our own home. The ramen broth alone is something to write home about (like literally to our neighboring galaxy). Top quality ingredients, I could eat off the floor, extremely fair prices, imported beers and huge wine list, modern minimalist decor, and hypnotizing aromatics, The Red Sun cannot be beat. It's our new place "
