"When we were on the Island of Corse (Corsica) when the luck to visit the small city of Cervioni. There we found a pittoresc restaurant with the name of Aux Trois Fourchettes . The ambiance in this restaurant is wonderfull. The owners are very friendly people...who give their guests of feeling of being at home . The meals are great and it is impossible to describe all the delicious dishes that we had. Therefore we did go back a few times in one week, and everytime we had a great time. The owners surprised us with free fruit from their own garden when we left the restaurant. Really, we won 't forget the hospitality of these two people. It is my duty to share this experience with other travellers. This restaurant is one thing you shoud not miss in Corsica.... (The adress: Place de l ' église 20221 Cervioni"

"Décor : great beachfront location!! really tasteful outdoor ambience with tek wood (environmentally questionable! . Love for the detail. Staff: functioning, soulless, façade smiles Food : While the decor is classy, the food is not. We took Cesar's salad with gambas, pricy for a little dish. The gambas were like uncooked worms. Being a chef de cuisine myself I went ahead and made a complaint. I was given the explanation that they are meant to be like that. Since when gambas are supposed to NOT BE crunchy?? Have tried the pizza, OK. The coffee was sizzling hot, so it tasted burnt.. If it wasn't for the location I would have given a worse evaluation."

"Best Burger I’ve had in a while. and I am very picky with burgers Meat was very tasty. Cooked well done but still juicy. A delicious bun accompanied with a light mustard sauce and fresh salad made it perfect! Lots of crispy fries come as a side. The service and atmosphere really good as well! Definitely worth 5 stars."

"Super restaurant where we were put a table outside despite a very late reservation, very friendly staff and coming despite the current world, they made a maximum to be well served and comfortable. A delicious hazel sauce! I loved that sauce!"

"We ate here for the last dinner in Corsica. Prices more than adequate. Good food and well presented. Friendly and fast service. We ordered 1/2 l red wine of Casone, mutton thighs and veal scalops in the hazelnuts (recommended to try). Excellent hazelnut tiramisu (typical product of the area). And eventually they offered us the digestive!"
