"We spent our last evening in Mérida with a 21 course degustation dinner with paired drinks at Kuuk. The experience was amazing, each single dish is different and all are delicious. Although the individual dishes are snack-sized, you will end up quite full and more than a little tipsy. Actually, two or three dishes less would have improved the experience. Five desserts of which four are based on ice cream were not really needed. The drink pairing is well worth the price, the drinks are excellent and blend perfectly with the food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. All in all, an absolutely amazing evening out."

"The service was less than great. Our waitress never came back to check on us after brining us our food. She wore face covering under her chin. Our egg's were over cooked and cold so we sent them back. Our waffle was too tuff to eat. Our egg's then came back runny so we said forget it. The chicken taste like it had been cooked in burned old grease and we had ordered an extra piece of chicken with our meal's. ? Again the wait staff was very unprofessional until the end when she brought us our bill and then became real personable (I guess looking for a good tip) and said.. see y'all next time No she won't! We're never coming back but still left a nice tip. I know good help is hard to find during the pandemic but wow."

"I was charged $42 for a glass of angels envy bourbon. The bottle at the store is only $48. And I’ve never paid more than $13 at a restaurant for a glass of angels envy bourbon. I did mention something to the waiter and he returned with an adjusted charge down to $25. I won’t be returning to downtown Louie‘s"

"Was there for brunch. Standard fare...not impressed. Will try dinner before I write they off. Always want restaurants to do well but with all the competition in Detroit they will have to do better."

"Metro 8 is a great option at all times, but also more so during restaurant week. 3 course meal with a steak starter for $ 30! The 16 ounce churrasco steak is amazing and an incredible offering. My favorite dessert is the Dulce de Leche Crepes ... I like them as much as the steak - I understand they are probably a labor intensive endeavor for Restaurant Week but I was disappointed that they were removed from the Restaurant Week menu and I couldn't . t submit it for a charge. So, I probably won't go on weekly trips to the restaurant, but I'll keep coming back to the regular menu."
