"Ordered on Saturday night and picked up in 20min. he was 25 minutes after the call in the load and was told it was not ready and would be another 6 minutes. 15 minutes later, still waiting. asked what happened and was told...more 2 min. apology offered, but does not mean anything if they have hungry children. apparently more business than they handle and wait customers. pizza was müll, so it wasn't worth it. definitiw a must to miss, not even disturb"

"Nastasia redeemed the customer service this morning. She went out of her way to take my order even though she was busy on the coffee machine, whilst her colleague was too busy on her phone to even look up.Her colleague went and sat down to tend to her phone, which reading the room didn’t seem to be the most pressing situation.Nastasia and I were both quite perplexed and on my exit she apologised for her coworkers ‘customer service’."

"Finally drove to earlwood for this a couple of weeks ago and it was good value. Traditional Chinese food and a lot of tee this place is a good return of a Chinese take away in england. a shot worth when they get into the restaurant as they do not deliver, but offer take away."

"We go here or order out on a weekly basis. Best charcoal chicken plus more. Service is great. Not sure why people complain that they get their orders wrong. Mine has never been wrong. People know about this place because they know their stuff."

"Blossom Lotus reminds me of the Singaporean food courts. This vegan stall is located inside Dixon Square in the middle of Chinatown. It is hard to believe the way dishes are prepared here with soy, mock chicken or mushroom to give you a taste similar to meat. The food is quite reasonable however you need to pay in cash and take away boxes cost extra 0.30$. The quantities are massive, thus I believe two people should share one dish."
