"October 25, 2016. If I could pick 0 I would. Walked in tonight at 6pm and no one served us. I walked in with my 3 children ages 3,6 and 7. They aren't quiet kids by any means. They used the washrooms, ran all over the front entrance and still NO ONE!! Tables were full in the area behind the front counter and people looked not impressed. I even checked Harvey's and the take out counter for Swiss Chalet. Finally after 15 minutes my husband came in and was wondering why we hadn't been seated yet. I explained what was going on, he used the washroom and we left. I have NEVER in my life would expect a restaurant wouldn't notice 3 children running around and people waiting to be seated. Montana's across the parking lot, even though they were really busy got me and my family in right away and a bonus was kids eat free Tuesdays! I'd rather spend my money on establishments that are will to serve people and employ enough people."

"Stopped in for lunch on the way through Gander. Busy spot but got seated promptly and service was fast and friendly. I had the pea soup with a dumpling. It was not very hot and the dumpling was a bit gummy but flavour was good...and amount was generous. Others declared their meals to be good diner type meals."

"Expensive 2 piece fish and chips that was mostly a pile of dark brown fries. I realize thus place is a chain and more for drinking; however the waitress said they batter the fish theirselves so we opted to try. Greasy. Skip it and have...a beer instead!"

"Had a few beers while waiting for our flight and some nachos. Nice little bar with a comfortable lay out. Could not get any of the tables level from wobbling but who cares. We had friendly service and the prices was reasonable."

"This hotel is loud. You can hear every footstep down the hall, each door open and close, and everything your neighbor is doing in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing significant construction. Rather than updating an area at a time, it is renovating most of the hotel at the same time while making little progress. The elevator, gym, pool, and laundry were closed. Wifi service is terrible. I was there with a group of pilots trying to rest for a flight the following day. There were girls' hockey teams staying there as well. Management did nothing to enforce an atmosphere of comfort within the hotel. There were teenagers running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night long. I checked out at 11pm (colleagues checked out at 7pm,) and the hotel charged all of us for the night even after acknowledging that they were not providing a reasonable level of customer service and profusely apologizing. This hotel and its management is substandard. I do not recommend this to anyone who wants a decent place to stay."
