"We went to the New Inn for Sunday lunch. We had great expectations but were sadly disappointed. The food wasn’t very hot. My sister and mum ordered the lamb and couldn’t eat it. It had apparently been sous vide and usually this means that the meat is very tender but they couldn’t cut into it. The roast potatoes weren’t crispy and all in all the food was very much below what we expected. We did mention the fact that the meat was tough and the food not that hot and our waitress said that she would mention it to the chef. Nothing else was said to us. As I said at the beginning very dissatisfied and wouldn’t go there again."

"We went to Nupur last Friday evening, The staff were very welcoming as usual. Service was excellent and our food was good. The one downside was the takeaway part of the restaurant, people came to collect or order their takeaway and sat down and were served drinks. Then more people joined them, and it became very loud and just unpleasant for those of us paying to dine in. This experience would make me want to avoid this restaurant in future"

"Came here for a pre Xmas meal with a couple of friends and this pub was very welcoming with a lovely fire warming the room and friendly staff to greet us. The food with a varied menu and service were both excellent and will definitely be coming back again. Couldn’t rate this pub highly enough and would recommend it to anyone."

"For dinner, 2 vegan, omni’s. vegans had the “Sausage” roller starter, which was generous, but for £7.50) it should have been. net: 1 burger with fryed £13.95) and 1 roasted cube cauliflower with cousin £14.75) I have made to house better burger, but my oh enjoyed the flower cauliflower. dessert was my favorite dish caramel biscuit torte a beautiful generous portion. I want to be awakened when I eat, but it was all in order. I'd rather go to wetherspoons because it's much better for food that's quite similar."

"Simple caffe, nothing imaginative, but eating was decent. beautiful selection of smoothies/young. I had the vegan all day breakfast and it was a pretty big size! hath brown, sausage, burger art cache, mushrooms, tomatoes, buzz, spinat and toast! service was also very friendly. I could not try the cake, but she looked good with a few vegan options"

"I know you see a lot of reviews claiming they've just had the best roast ever, but this was actually the best roast I've had. Me and the Mrs go all over Sussex trying roasts and this place is in 1st place. The staff were friendly and approachable, the setting is beautiful and the food is delicious and full of flavour. Highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"
