"It's always hard to make everyone happy, especially during the holiday shopping season. So what I want to focus on is a good meal given to me? If I wanted a steak type menu, I would go to a fine meal. So, you can always get a constant same taste on Boston Market. I often come to Destiny Center and try many of the foods. I can say that my last meal was good here and the food came quickly what I want. Friendly staff!"

"Great place with a great atmosphere and good food. Professional staff who knew what to do. They had a medical emergency when we were there and treated him professionally, and the customers calmly and as if nothing happened. They helped the moss perfectly. The waitress was very attentive and removed empty cups and plates immediately. Drinking quickly came to our table. Will definitely return, great job employees!!"

"Went here for dinner on a long trip home today and the food was amazing! We tried the Irish Porter Burger (which was so big it was hard to bite into, but great the grilled chicken sandwich, the Onion Stout Soup, and one of the day's specials Gator Bites! Everything was wonderful, had a very comfort food vibe. Both sandwiches were large enough that we (both of us smaller women) brought home half! We didn't drink anything (I was driving, she is sober), but the drink menu was extensive and had good options, including some local brews. Food menu wasn't too huge (which in my opinion is good better to do a handful of things well than dozens of things just ok and a printed out page listed the days specials and music events. The dining area was separate from the bar area, and much more relaxed and quiet. The decor was tastefully cluttered in the dining area, just the right amount of interesting pieces to look at without being overwhelming. Beautiful stained glass throughout. There was a wide array of customers between the bar area and dining area, everything from young twenty-somethings to families with younger kids. Great food, great atmosphere, great music all around a wonderful evening! I would definitely go back if I was in the area."

"Had the breakfast meal #1. Never had pepperoni and eggs as a combo. It was different to say the least. I finished the whole plate. I'd go again to try another mash up. The waitress was nice and active with refills. I could go without all the tvs being on fox news but all in all not bad."

"I was disappointed in both the meal and the service at Kelley's. I hadn't been there in at least 3 years but previously had good experiences. There was 4 in our party and we were seated immediately in the upstairs dining area. The table was set for 2 but we were given 4 menus and 4 glasses of water and then waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. When the waitress came we were ready to order our meals but I asked for lemon, when she got the chance and she immediately said she'd get it. She was gone another 15 minutes and came back with drinks, but no lemon. We placed our dinner orders and she was gone. We still had place settings for only 2 so my friend flagged down another waitress for 2 more settings. The soup came 5 minutes after ordering and the meals took another 20 minutes. We all ordered fish, one haddock and 3 beer battered. The beer batter was too thick, it was crisp on the outside but gooey on parts of the inside. The cod was tough, I needed a sharp knife to cut through the flesh and my friend said hers was the same. The grease from the fish had soaked into the French fries. I have had good meals at this restaurant, this wasn't one."

"A great place with a long history. Definitely a bit old fashioned in how they do things,in other words there's definitely a granola vibe here, but still a great Syracuse staple for the true long-term, die-hard, vegetarians and vegans. Updated from previous review on Saturday January 11, 2014"
