"I wish I could give them 5 stars, but the reality is a pain on the back. under personal means that it is hard to get service if they want it. it means on a beautiful summer evening probably one of the best terraces in the environment is closed. fortunately, the kitchen staff enters the same quality as ever and the beer is still cold. can not wait to visit when the staff becomes easier."

"We were there Thanksgiving night. We had already eaten and were on the way to dessert. They weren't too busy, but there were only two waiters all over the place. Holly was our waitress and did an excellent job, even considering how crazy to run. She made sure everything was good and checked us a few times. She had a great setting and was absolutely what we would have on a server."

"Late lunch and appeared to not be busy. Long wait after being seated, long wait for soft drinks. Finally asked another waitress for rolls. Never got salads. After another long wait husbands steak was brought out the rarest (nearly raw) I’ve ever seen. It had been ordered medium well! Called for manager and she said” we will cook it up for you”. It finally came back when I was finished eating. Never got steak sauce or sour cream for potato. Was given 50 percent off. It wasn’t even worth this much! We were very patient and made the effort not to be rude but won’t be back to this restaurant."

"Logan’s Roadhouse was a decent choice for a lunch mid-week. A couple of buddies and I decided to stop here to eat. There were several snafus that happened during our visit, but I don’t believe they are common place here. After walking in the door, they ask to wait to be seated. It took them almost 15 minutes to even recognize we were there. Several groups of people walked in and had their turn waiting too. Once we sat, we ordered pretty quickly. 2 of us received the wrong drinks. 2 of us also ordered the hamburger. The meat was a little dry and the bun was tough. They messed up the details of the order. From there, we only saw our waiter 1 time in 25 minutes. Each of us needed refills to our drinks that were long over due. We had to chase down an employee so that we could simply pay to leave. Anyhow, overall, the food was fine. The experience could have been better."

"Steak was tough/too chewy, too much connective tissue. My son had a steak there in the past, and said his was bad, too. My shrimp tasted weird. Not the typical breaded shrimp i expected. Food on plate was not arranged in an appealing way at all. Menuswere wet and sticky-feeling. We won't be back. Dinner rolls were good though."

"I'm sad to have to change my review of this restaurant. I've been coming here with friends for over 3 years, and that was amazing. After our dedicated server on the left, the service was missing strongly. Tonight was the third time in a row that our service took over 2 hours to order and eat a meal, and an additional half hour to get our bills. We were ready to give him another attempt, the first two times were a fuke, but after 3 times in a series of similar service, it is obvious that this is their new normal. Half of our group mentioned false or cold food, but ate it anyway because they didn't want to wait any longer. Our server took it this evening to remove the fees for our appetizers from our bill because it felt bad how long it took. We appreciated this gesture. I understand that restaurants are still struggling with lack of inventory and lack of personnel. That's why we always came in hopes that things would improve, but they are not. Our group will probably look for an alternative meeting place. Sad to say, because this place in the past really worked well for us."
