"Saturday night we walked in before 8pm. From the beginning we struggled to get any type of service. Said we could sit at a long table where others were seated. That was fine. Cocktail was average, could not taste any alcohol, bit rich for $15. At 8pm about 20 people walked in and started patting around us while we waited for our meals. The restaurant started playing really loud music and became a part zone. No one warned us about this. It was so inappropriate for a "restaurant" at 8pm. We ate as quick as we could as the parting not ideal for eating. Then they tried to give us the wrong bill, and then advised only one bill per table. Will never go back again ever. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst experience ever."

"My work friends and I went to Guzman for lunch and it was my first time there. The service was real prompt and friendly. Everyone else got their meals but but me. I was still waiting 10 minutes later and a guy brought back a meal that was not his it was mine. They offered to make it again but as we had been there for almost 20 minutes already I did not want to inconvenience my friends I declined. The meal was delicious but I was disappointed in the meal size. I ordered 2 soft steak tacos and I did not realise how small these were. For $10.50 I was still hungry. I have been to other Mexican restaurants and had the same or similar dishes and have never needed more than 2 tacos. The value for money was not there. I will probably go again but next time order more..."

"Food needs to be served at certain temperatures but this establishment does not seem to have this concept in hand. $36.80 in the bin. A letter to the health department will be written.
