"If you're a shaved ice enthusiast like me THIS IS THE SPOT! Even during a cold 57 degree winter day I would not turn down shaved ice. Here are my overall thoughts: Price: 5/5 I was initially a bit skeptical about the price. Shaved ice is mostly ice, right? Why am I paying so much for this? The shaved ice was frozen matcha that was shaved so it was flavor packed and in the center was filled with red beans and topped with an ENTIRE crème brûlée!! for around $13 it's definitely worth it as it's enough to share with 2-3 people or if you came on an empty stomach like me you can try to finish it on your own. Service: 5/5 Standard solid service with nice, friendly employees who are willing to help you decide in case you're indecisive like me. The shaved ice came promptly in around 10 mins, but since it was just my group and another group when I went at 5:30 on a Sunday I can't speak on how it would be during a crowded time. Food 5/5 The shaved ice was so good, the texture of the ice was spot on. It had a good matcha flavor which was complimented with the red beans and the crème brûlée which could be a dessert on its own. Make sure you eat from the sides/bottom to avoid it falling (you might wanna get extra cups to share) Overall it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a cold treat!"

"This is the perfect place for a hearty bowl of chicken noodle soup on those cold, winter nights! We visited around 6 pm dinner time on a Wednesday night, not busy at all. I can imagine this place gets pretty packed on the weekends though. Since it was our first time, we didn't want to venture into any risky orders, so we ordered the chicken noodle soup (probably classic hint hint name of the restaurant). I was amazed at the amount of delicious chicken in the soup, the kind where your traditional Chinese mom needs to slowly prepare from scratch by slowly poaching above boiling water at home! So wholesome and healthy! Not sure if the soup is 100% fresh chicken stock, tasted a little MSG, but still delicious. There is plenty of parking in Millbrae, either street parking or public lots (there's also more parking further down towards Safeway). The ambiance here is nothing to write home about, but simply comfy and cozy. Will definitely be back."

"Horrible customer service at this location!!! Went last week and the girl that took our order was rude, impatient and very unwelcoming as soon as my friend and I walked up to order. No other customers were in the store. Went in last night and the very same girl took our order again. Same bad attitude, same impatience, same sour expression on her face and same rudeness! We thought we should let the manager know. When we told him he said then don 't come back I will take his advice and not go back because I can 't trust an establishment with this kind of attitude with something I 'm going to eat or drink."

"I love this boba shop! I always get fries, popcorn chicken, and mango or royal mango delight with cream. Their drinks are sweet, and the food is tasty to the last bite. "Chinese noodle dishes with a build your own bowl option. There are a ton of noodle, broth, and topping options but it quickly gets expensive building your own. I prefer the pre selected noodle dishes which feel like you get more value. The pickled vegetables and pork was great, spicy, sour, and the noodles were cooked well.Parking: Street parking that’s usually busy in front of the restaurant but there is a free parking lot across from it"
