"Hi! Hope everyone is having a fabulous day. Can you believe that it’s December already? It’s crazy how time flies! Grayson and I have been going to Yi Fang whenever we have been wanting fresh fruit tea because their teas are always super refreshing!. As with all the other locations, this Yi Fang location has a wooden store front style counter you order at with woodsy themes throughout the cafe. I like it because it reminds of when I was living in Taiwan and it really brings me back. I also like how they display the fruit they use in their dishes and have a stove top in the front to cook their black sugar pearls in! That’s how you know they try to make their drinks as fresh as possible."

"Very cool selection of Asian inspired flavours! I tried the two vegan flavours that were on when I visited, Mango Coconut Sticky Rice and Pandan Coconut. I was really impressed by how creamy both flavours were I wouldn 't have been able to tell they were vegan. The ice cream was so smooth it was almost more comparable to gelato than ice cream, amazing. It was also a bit less sweet than average ice cream and left less of a sugary aftertaste in my mouth. I 've had pandan ice cream a few times but theirs is the best I 've had I was surprised that it included actual pieces of coconut! The Mango Coconut Sticky Rice was very good too, but the mango sauce was messy, and I couldn 't really pick up on any flavour besides mango.I 'm glad that you can do a mini double here aka 2 flavours in the same size as the single scoop. The single (1 flavour is $6 and the mini double is $6.5. The scoops are a bit smaller than the average Vancouver scoop size (places like Rain or Shine, Earnest, Uno Gelato... . They don 't charge extra for a cone though, so the higher scoop price evens out if you get a cone.I would come again! I 'm very curious now about the ice cream toasts that I saw on the menu."

"Sri Lankan gem. I went here on a Friday and had their 5 vegetable curry special. Excellent choice of vegetables all individually prepared with different spices. Some can be deceptively very hot 'just looks like kale but ... whew what was in that? ' If you 're concerned specify your spice level. Unlike a lot of Indian food there are no thick, muddy curries/butter chicken type sauces the kind of Indian restaurants where you get pretty well the same sauce no matter what you order. Here every dish here has a separate specially crafted spice/sauce/dressing. Gazing over the menu you will notice that though the restaurant doesn 't advertise itself as vegetarian or vegan there were all kinds of vegetarian and even vegan dishes not a lot of dairy in the cooking style. The vegetable curries I ordered in particular were the best vegetarian/vegan meal I 've ever had I 'm a Chinese food fanatic because of the vegetables but the dishes I had here inched out even the freshest Chinese preps part of the reason being no oil/no frying but even when compared to steamed Chinese vegetables which are awesome these were 'awesome plus. ' However, meat eaters shouldn 't be wary there are all kinds of meat and fish dishes on the menu as well. <br/>There were a lot of interesting items I want to try at some other point e.g. noodle type dishes called stringhoppers, Super reasonable prices. I will be going back many times to work through this menu as about 75% of items I 've never run across before in a dozen years of eating Indian food in Vancouver of all styles from VIj 's to the All India buffet."

"I think the experience has to do with the food u order. I was here another time and it wasn’t as pleasant. Glad I gave it a second chance . I’m going to stick to ordering the same thing when I return.The dishes in the attached photo:Spicy beef noodlesSquid tentacles (ask for a dipping sauce)Taro slush with coconut jellyPassionfruit green teaThe male server gave really good service too. Not sure if it’s because it wasn’t too busy but he was really attentive and didn’t rush us out. We ended up tipping 20% which is considerably high for a casual bubble tea establishment."

"Having discovered Cattle Cafe last summer, I was more than eager to return to the restaurant for lunch the next day. But it wasn't until we called to make a reservation that we discovered that the Richmond location had closed down. Consequently, we set out for their Burnaby location instead; this actually worked out quite well, as it allowed for a short period of shopping to be done at Metrotown before returning to Richmond to prepare for dinner."

"A hole in the wall restaurant that serves HK cafe food. Their portions were decent and at affordable prices. The dishes we had were pretty good, kind of exceeded my expectations. Very satisfying."

"Came here for dessert and was not disappointed! The service was friendly and although they were busy, it didn't take too long for our drinks and bubble waffle to come out. Have to give them kudos for the beautiful presentation of the bubble waffles, you can tell the owners took great care in crafting their recipes! The bubble waffle was delicious and very filling!"
