"It was my first time going to this restaurant, staff member by the door was engaged with customers buying take out. We walked in and sat down. Staff were quite rude that we had seated ourselves, but nobody asked us to wait, and we couldn't see any sign asking to wait by the door to be seated. Didn't make me feel very welcome, despite apologising and saying we didn't know we were supposed to. Food was expensive and small portion, but arrived quickly. All in all fine, but personally I won't be returning."

"What a beautiful place to have lunch, lives up to the name. The background music the plants and the food made it a great experience. Me and the girlfriend had The Vegan Eggs Benedict and The Smoky Beans. So tasty and very well priced for the quality of ingredients. Sean was our server, he was professional friendly and very funny. Overall a great experience I will be back"

"My son and I popped into the Caffè Nero on Queen street yesterday for a quick cuppa. Somehow ended up paying for two drinks, a cookie and a pain au chocolat which was much more than I expected. I was asked if we wanted...the drinks in ‘mugs’ (who doesn’t have a hot drink in a mug but I didn’t realise that by agreeing, I was inadvertently ordering the larger and most expensive size. It felt almost like the ‘company language’ is designed to make you order more than you need. As they make you pay after its made and put in front of you (unlike other well known chain cafes) it’s really hard to object! If you do plan to visit, be a bit more savvy than me and clarify the size you want. Had to choose a table that hadn’t been cleared yet but that’s not unusual in a busy cafe. Coffee was ok, not the best or richest I’ve had son loved his hot chocolate. Sadly we had to leave without finishing due to the sensory overload caused by the noise of the background music coupled with the furious, insensitive and continuous mug clattering by the staff. It was enough to make both of us feel very uncomfortable avoid like the plague if you have autism or sensory difficulties."

"I and my partner had vegetable quesadilla toasties with vegan bee and vegan pesto, it was great to see a lot of veggie and vegan options that are clearly well thought out instead of thought out! they also had soy and heel milk available. in this area there are very few places that they get vegan options, let alone really delicious!"
