"Today for the third time I had lunch in this bar/restaurant with my friends. I must say that the offer of ideal dishes for a fast lunch is vast, and it is also for those like me who do not eat meat! the second time lacked ingredients for the dishes we had chosen to order, sin but I imagine it could happen. the service is friendly, not excessively slow although perhaps you could improve a little on this point. prices in the average of lugano or perhaps even slightly lower. the place is very nice, both inside and outside (the colored tables are delicious, during the warm season it is very pleasant to sit out). I mean, recommended!"

"We were looking for an upscale dinner and decided on La Rucola. Made reservations. We were able to park at the hotel which was convenient. As we entered the lobby, we were escorted to our table. Service was polite and efficient. I had a club sandwich and my wife had a tempura coated fish with vegetables. Desert, we shared Black Forest cake. We walked down to the lake following dinner then back to our condo. Well done!"

"Bel grotto ticinese, con menu locale e possibilità di mangiare ottima carne alla griglia.Affettato misto e formaggi molto buoni, apprezzato il contorno di verdura e patate (non le solite patatine fritte!) e dessert deliziosi.Personale cordiale e simpatico, anche se non velocissimo nel servizio ... ma in fondo va bene così per una serata relax.Prezzi onesti, bravi ragazzi!"

"It is not often that one chances on a restaurant that can truly delight, serving food that mixes tradition and innovation. La Fattoria is such a place. Dishes such as deconstructed raclette, a melon salad served as a cold soup, pasta with raw cuttlefish, and an egg for dessert could easily come off as pretentious and unsatisfying. Here, it is served with a flourish and enough substance to please even big eaters. Not to mention - every bite was delicious! The highlight might have been the bread with homemade butter. The service was delightful and the view from the rooftop patio was stunning. Recommended if you want Italian/Swiss food that breaks the mold of the typical lakeside trattoria. Next time I am having the tasting menu. my wife and I were quite jealous of the table next to us enjoying that experience!"
