"I haven't come across a bubble tea place that can compare. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Never had a problem with the service. There is an incredible range of flavours, you'll never get bored. Only downside is it can be quite sweet but I personally can live with that. The shop is so cute and I love going in there. Always clean and presentable. They are covid safe, have hand sanitizer, and plenty of signs"

"Helpful to have a vegan option at a fast food location. I tried the vegan cheeseburger twice quite delicious! the price is something on the high side, but corresponds to their other burgers. I wanted to try out the milk-free oreo-shake, but apparently they had run out of the vegan ice that they were ashaming."

"We went into the Dining area and it smelled very very strongly of some type of Chemical and I said as much to the 3 people who were milling around the desk...I said to them gee it really stinks in here and they said no it doesn't smell at all...so we decided to sit outside instead of being assailed by this horrible chemical smell...I went back in to get a drink and there was this staff member spraying that awful smelling stuff all around the Restuarant...it must have been some sort of deodorant but the smell was sickening particularly since we would be eating in there..the food was very very poor for the price...and the staff standoffish and all in all I will not be back anytime soon..."

"If you're looking for a healthy lunch spot, look no further. Yes, they serve healthy food. Please make sure though that you allow a lot, and I mean a lot, of time to wait for your food. Don't go if you are already hungry, look elsewhere. The sweet potato chips were nice. The wrap was lacking flavour, probably due to the astronomical amount of mixed lettuce leaves on there masking the flavour of the beef. All in all, an average dining experience."
