"Used to be a famous Congee restaurant in Scarborough area, but a little quiet now with competition in same plaza.Not having any surprises in wowed tasted of liver congee and beef brisket in rice noodle. I'm glad to have an average food price in this area."

"The restaurant is hidden in the far end corner of a busy super market shopping plaza. It offers a wide variety of Hong Kong style of western cuisine to chinese stir fry dishes. We were there for breakfast and brunch. We had pork chop on hot plate, egg sandwich, french toast, and milk tea. I specially like the french toast, which has a choice of filling and almost 2" thick! The restaurant is not noticeable from main road, but it gets crowded in the peak hours, that shows it has lots of returning customers. We were there for 3 mornings in our Toronto visit!"

"Ramona’s is my absolute favourite restaurant! the quality of food, taste and presentation are exceptional. the service is impeccable. I love my Sunday brunch so much, I have to enjoy every week lunch for my employees. ramona and you guys are nice people who don't cut any corners in any area of their business. As soon as I finish my meal there every Sunday, I am looking forward to my next one!"

"Do not hesitate! This place is excellent. The best soup filled dumplings I have ever had. Also ask for the snow pea leaf, it’s so good! Everything we ordered was delicious and we had great service."

"I absolutely love the Malaysia Curry Beef rice and the ice milk tea here! However, I must admit that the chicken leg salad was a bit disappointing. The meat didn't taste fresh, and it had an overpowering pepper flavor."

"This Lucullus (similar to the one at Kennedy and 14th) is essentially a chinese bakery shop that sells buns, cakes and small treats, such as tarts and cookies. What makes this Lucullus different from other bakery shops are slight variation of their product offerings, including dim sum and chinese dessert soups, and the decorated atmosphere. I've been here a handful of times, every time it's a pleasant experience because of the decor and the lighting. The setup is still self service, you pay of for your products with the choice of takeout or sitting down. For sit down, you can grab a seat while waiting for your order being prepared. The one thing that is slightly awkward is that you have to retrieve your drinks or hot items being served on a chin-level counter top, then walk back to your seat, crossing the usually busy aisle. Other than that, the seating are comfortable for a coffee-duration, the interior has a high and bright ceiling with large glass doors, tiffany decorations and european-inspired tile floor. At least I can say I always leave there as if I took a mini break, after savouring a good cup of yingyung."

"Hong KongTea House Style restaurant with a mix of traditional Hong Kong/Chinese dishes i.e. wanton noodle, congee, etc. and western style food i.e. steak, baked pork chop, French toast for afternoon tea time special. The varieties are just amazing. I had the baked pork shop w/two eggs and steam broccoli w/corn bits and milk tea. The waitress was most accommodating to allow me to change from the standard carbohydrate to vegetables. That dish was really good and fit my new eating life style. Overall, the restaurant is spacious and offers also free wifi service. We usually go there as a group and quite enjoy the offerings there."

"Went for a casual dinner with friends. We were a group of 4.It was a weekday evening and so we expected that it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away. I appreciated being given a larger round table, so we could be more comfortable.We ordered edamame and mushrooms, steamed pork dumplings, grilled pork dumplings, green onion pancake, green onion pancake beef roll, a noodle and fried buns with condensed milk.Everything was delicious and tasted authentic. The food came out at a good pace and the wait wasn't long at all. Mind you, the place not was busy at all on a Monday evening.Prices were fair. Not low, not high. Our bill came to about $70 taxes in, not including tip.They had some combo specials that were well priced and I'd like to try them another time.Service was good and responsive. No issued there. Atmosphere was nice. The place was clean and comfortable. It looked quite large once you were inside. Plenty of parking right in front of the restaurant. I imagine though on a busy night, parking may not be so convenient.Overall I was pleased and I would return to try more dishes."
