"It 's on the East side of the building, facing the street. There 's a big sign on the window saying Hokkaido Breads ; perhaps it rebranded. There were three or so vegan European-style baguettes and at least one cake(bean paste filled) when I was there. There were likely more breads and cakes but that 's what caught my eye. It 's easy to identify what is and isn 't vegan. Eggs and milk are listed. Not sure what the other reviewer was complaining about. There 's more choice in baked goods, even just counting bread, than I 've seen elsewhere in Japan. Perhaps there used to be vegan bread on every corner."

"My husband and I shared 3 different types of bao and all 3 were absolutely delicious! We had the pumpkin coconut, cabbage, and bean vegetable. Could not fault any of them but if I had to pick a favourite, it would have to be the bean vegetable."

"Couscous oven and hoppers cake and biscuits bakery (juli 2017,) address: Chuo-ku, minami 3 nishi 26 chome 2-23 mominoki so 1f, opening hours: 11.00-18.00 Apr-Sep, 11.00-17.00 Oct-Mar that is a small bakery in a trace of a trace of a main road. to find a little tricky, from where we can easily find it from maruyama koen station. drive from the train station are: leave the metro station at the easternmost exit and go east (from the maruyama park and hill) along odori dori until the first large crossing. turn right and go through the next large crossing (which is the crossing of the blocks south 1 west 24, south 1 west 25, south 2 west 24 and south 2 west 25). Go a little further until they come on the right track (there is a load with a big sign saying "the fruitscake factory" opposite this track.) go 100m west (to the maruyama park) along the other side of the road. at this place is a caffe called caffe mori hiko straight ahead. couscous oven and hoppers is 40m below a small one almost opposite caffe mori hiko. Many of the cookies and scene are suitable for vegans, not with butter or milk or eggs. they are baked on the ground. some items are somewhat dry (but this was a welcome change from the generally moist food that is spread here), but that made them crispy. the top was moist and full of fruit. visit them when they are in the opposite and have a sweet tooth."
