It may seems like a nice shop but it isn't. The staff is unfriendly at all and with their capacity, no wonder there's long line. The only good thing is the food looks nice. Flavor was OK but not amazing. I ordered the salted caramel and pistachio, the ice cream wasn't smooth and was bit melting when it arrived. Very good stuff. Like other popular ice cream places, the desserts here are beautiful and instagram-worthy, but unlike some others, Sasaki’s parfaits are harmonious flavor blends and quality of ingredients is very high. Even their straight soft cream is some of the best I’ve had. The venue is modern classy with jazz music humming in the background. Well done. Minus one star for cash-only

If you are craving for an ice cream in your trip to Sapporo you need to visit this place. Simply amazing experience.
I've been there twice! If I stay in sapporo, I'll stop at this place! there are many native and Japanese people. heard it is quite well known in whole japan!
The parfaits and ice creams were great! they sounded good on paper and were perfectly executed. well thought menu and the ingredients were high quality. the only criticism I have is that the English menu has a series of typos and does not contain all the information about the parfaits that are present on the Japanese menu.
