"Hallo, I have visited her restaurant for the first time, which is located on the Ste-Catherine street in montreal, minutes after I have my package of sport expert, which is a road away. I have asked the cash from this restaurant for 3 hamburger and two half-fritten. I repeated my order twice to the bank. my order was number 23. I had 30 minutes drive before I get home. when I opened the bag, I could see that there was only one burger and two French fries.in her. I called the restaurant to tell my story so that I could stop tomorrow when I drive near the restaurant and go my two burgers. the cashier took up the phone, then I told the hole story of a woman to repeat my hole story again. you cashier said it was his fault, but was laughing on the phone while I was happy to mention that 3 burgers did not cost 20 like I had paid. very offensive to get this type of notices and compare their place with mcdonald. it's my first time, how could I be aware of the price of every burger when I got the price in the head of the price and everything I asked to the cash was 3 burger and 2 French fries. instead of saying, sir, it will be a pleasure to welcome them again and give them these two burgers, even if I did not ask them for my mistake...no the coworker asked me to go and pay for these two burgers and so I would get my two burgers. I cannot believe how this customer service is built in this restaurant. if there is something that no one should do in a business, laughs of customers. that was my special dinner with my elders and I had to cut the burger in the half that I separated for my elders while it was nothing from me. pity on this rich. I know that mistakes are a man, but make a mistake and don't give a shot of it after it's completely absurd. the hired was really rude. I'm waiting for a response manager."

"We wanted to eat some italian food but didn't want to go to any place too fancy. We used trip advisor app and found Altos. The wait staff was extremely professional for the venue and the food was surprisingly tasty. We would definitely go back."

"First step in, the waitress so warm and nice to satisfy my request and questions. I love the food taste not too salty. Specially, the spaghetti with the butter black truffle . The egg yolk and the cheese gave the richest favour to the spaghetti, the black truffle is the hit after hit. I love it so much . Only the flog leg is ok for me."

"Went for breakfast on a Monday morning and yet the restaurant was fairly full. Then on the Monday during the long weekend, we didn't even dare brave the long waiting line. So know that it is popular and if its one of those brunch-friendly days, you'll likely have to wait!Food was delicious and the waiters were great, very friendly. They also didn't seem to judge my very many coffee refills. Would go again and again."
