"This place literally cannot get an order right to save their lives and can’t answer a phone to do so either we literally called like 6 times and no answer, I have ordered DoorDash from here like three times and every time without fail they manage to mess up the order, this time specifically I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon cheese and lettuce (paid extra for bacon and cheese) and literally only got lettuce and a patty the size of a chicken nugget. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy eat here. Sad cause I love checkers."

"Great burgers and a much cleaner restaurant. We've been here in the past, and while the burgers were great, the restaurant was a little unclean. There is a new owner and they have really done a great job.I usually get the western bbq burger, but today had the garlic burger. If you like garlic (lots of garlic), then you'll love this one. Also, in my opinion, steak n shake has the best fries. They are the thin shoestring type....very good.Highly recommend this location ?.Parking: Plenty of parking."

"If you want top shelf wings they got’m! My fav is the Memphis dry rub. So good!! Great spot for date night. Sit outside by the fire if your SO gets cold like mine does. Walk up to the bar and order then they’ll bring your food to the table!"

"The oil was too burnt. Tasted like it ain’t been changed out in over a week. Fries was real hard not burnt. Fish and crunches was disgusting it was like eating old oil. Slaw was great as always. Hushpuppies tasted like the same oil. Order number 115 12/01/2023 time 06:17pm Google id 0568186"

"We were in the Mall when we decided to get a nice treat. We loved the Turtle brownies! We also got a cookie with iced filling in between. These were tasty. There is a bar place where you can eat them next door."

"I gave this place 2.5 stars. Honestly I gave this rating because their customer service was great! They are very nice. But the food.... what can I say. I ordered a Beyond Meat Burger. It was extremely dry as can be seen in my picture. It lacked taste and flavor. It felt like they cooked it without seasoning. Honestly I was extremely disappointed. I have tried their burgers in another city in the past and they were good, but this location, no bueno! Would I recommend this to anyone? At this moment, NO."
