"This restaurant has a great DIM SUM selection. It is a very busy restaurant. We went there at 1pm for lunch and were seated immediately. The whole staff kept an eye on us and filled water and tea without request. In their system you review the menu and check off what you want. They take that menu order and bring it back with a printed order with your selections that the servers check off as they fill your requests. It is a great restaurant for people watching and for DISH watching!"

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"Went here as a spur of the moment decision and was surprised at just how good it was. I tried the classic pasties and the Irish stew one and they were amazing. Their wine pairings were spot on. My friend tried the bangers and mash said they were Freaking Delicious. Will visit again when I come back to Seattle."

"Customer Service was very slow despite not being overly busy, orders taken from tables who arrived later than us and wrong bill provided at the end. Food I had (pie) was heavily burnt and portions were small for the cost. Wife and kids were happy with quality of their food. Overall, cost, lack of good service let this venue down which could be great. Won’t be in a rush to return"
