"This is a very prestigious place great for meetings, high tea, and for a pampering spa day. I met with a friend for high tea and sandwiches. The whole display they brought out was simply beautiful and the atmosphere is elegant and artsy. I recommend dressing for the occasion as you might feel a bit out of place if you go too casual. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. One thing that would be nice, is if they gave an option for more sandwiches or more deserts on the tower with high tea, but everything was amazing so I'm not complaining. I hope to take friends here when they visit they just take it a step up and I felt so taken care of."

"Ema is a delightful Mediterranean spot for brunch or any meal of the day. There are a variety of options on the menu so there is sure to be something for everyone. The flavor profile of each dish is immaculate and the service is great. Our table ordered afew dishes with the starter being a trio of dips with pita bread. All of the dips were absolutely delicious so I'd highlyrecommend ordering this to start off. Next, we got this dish that resembled risotto but i cannot remember the name. It was sogood that I'd come back just for that dish. Lastly, I had the falafel sandwich which was good but a bit dry. I would have likedthere to be more sauce included so I ended up ordering some on the side. My main entrée did not stand out the way the startersdid but I still left satisfied nonetheless. If you're in the River North area and would like to try some Mediterranean foodthen I'd highly recommend stopping by for a nice lunch. Bonus: I saw the mayor of Chicago the day I went, so that's cool."

"Scheduled a welcome lunch for a new employee at Asado Urban Grill. It's a hotel restaurant, so prices are a bit high for what you get, but it's convenient, which is why it was chosen. We waited at least a full 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us when we arrived. Finally someone yelled from across the room that we should sit anywhere what?! I'd made a reservation so wanted to make sure to check in. Finally someone arrived but said we didn't have a reservation which we clearly did. Not a great start. However, our server was delightful so she helped make up for the initial snafu. Food was good but not great and kind of lukewarm at best. Nice room, but not sure I'd return unless there were no other options in the area."
