"The biggest problem I have with this place is that after making many mistakes with the food I have ordered, which resulted in all the food being thrown away, this business refused to make it right. These days, with inflation and food in general being expensive, businesses should own up to their mistakes. Stating you can’t read my mind is a sorry excuse for customer service, there’s no need to read minds when I know I have specified no tomatoes and not toasted every time I have ordered. If you can’t properly take an order and actually write it down, seems like you have some problems to fix. And on top of this, whoever was working there when I called to let you know of the issue told me to stop nitpicking and just eat the food. I can’t even imagine worse service."

"There are probably 4 Dunkin shops closer to me than this place, but we go out our way to go to this place. In the other places the coffee is burned and bitterly tasting 90% of the time, but this place always nails it! Whatever you do is work, so stop it!"

"Neighbors had a child that would not stop crying. I understand that babies cry but on vacation getting woke up at 6:30 is not the most ideal situation. Don’t get me started on the what sounded like a frat house next door as well.The outlet plug is hanging off the wall and the back of it is all exposed. Not a fire hazard or anything!!There is also a brown stain (pretty self explanatory) on the desk seat as well as a red stain (also self explanatory) on the pull out chair. And don’t get me started on the white streak (disgusting) on the 3rd chair. Won’t be getting me to stay here again that’s a promise.Safety: Not knowing what these stains are is definitely not going to be the safest route to take."
