"Staff were very friendly and a nice/clean venue but very overpriced for the portion sizes given. There is hardly any meat in the dishes mainly gravy, same with paneer, no salads or side dishes added within the prices. We have been to many Indian restaurants and usually after starters we can just about think about the mains. At chakra after the starters we were still very hungry, the platters barely was enough for 2 let alone more. Sorry but would not return or recommend it unless you’re happy to leave £300 lighter like we did and got McDonald’s on the way home!"

"I often bring my mum here as she loves the river and this is a great place to stop for a coffee and a bite to eat and is dog friendly. They offer a selection of sandwiches and salads which are freshly prepared and cakes as well as a very good coffee. There is seating just inside the building and plenty on the water front, you can easily loose an hour here watching the world go by. The cafe is clean, the staff always happy and helpful. Never had a bad sarnie or bit of cafe here, highly recommend. PS whoever did the paintings on the building is super talented and worth stopping to have a look at."

"A beautiful medium sized church in the middle of historic Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. Church contains a lovely cafe with home cooked cakes and sandwiches. Lovely and quiet for contemplation and prayer. The residing Vicar is always around to offer advice or even a quick history lesson. This is well worth a visit even if it is for the history of all the early kings that were crowned here. My wife was in the Bentall’s shopping centre so I escaped to here from the hustle and bustle to enjoy 40 mins of peace! Disabled access too. Well worth a visit to this beautiful church with gorgeous stained glass windows."

"The staff was friendly, very well spoken and served us a little after we found a place. But the service was fast and the atmosphere was nicely cool and relaxing. The food was perfectly seasoned and cooked for perfection, even the salad. The presentation of the food was excellent. The deserts were very fresh and we filled the waffle and ice with bananas n chocolate, which was very rich in taste. The Shisa was great, no help required, she worked perfect and great mix of flavors. I would recommend the restaurant differently x"

"Traditional Persian kitchen in Kingston area. Slightly overpriced but the taste was okay and also the meat could be more tender. Overall a clean and tidy restaurant but portions could be bigger. I tried a second time and got the same experience. I need to add that british waitress Becky has been very friendly."
