"The only place I eat in Santiago during my 6 weeks. It is a vegetarian restaurant, but at least they had 3 or 4 vegan options. Santiago is definitely not a very vegan friendly place, so Naturalis Te is great to Santiago Standard. But make sure you tell them you are vegan and that it means no egg or milk for you and you will be okay. When I first went, I didn't tell them and they added a fried egg on the side of my noodles, although it wasn't in the description on the menu. The meal itself was good and I went back a few weeks later. Only cash! Free Wi-Fi."
