"My favorite chocolate room is choco lava lava sundae. I even had hut cheese panini sandwich, that was delicious. also a zomato gold place in surat was a cherry on the cake."

"This restaurant is like the mecca for non vegetarians in Surat. The name's golden palace but all the decor was orange. Ambiance is decent like any other restaurant. Lot of variety on the menu and you have multiple options ranging from Chinese to mughlai and enough alternatives for the vegetarians too. We ordered a sea food platter and a paneer starter. The paneer was really soft and melt in mouth. Sea food platter had different types of fish and prawns all of which was flavorful and well cooked. "My favourite shop when it comes to eating out in Piplod area. The food there tastes very authentic and delicious. Every time I visit that place I get sumptuous. My family prefer the Chinese and North Indian cuisine of that place.<br>

"After a very long time our college gang finally gathered, and we decided to meet up here as most of us were craving to have some north indian food. <br>

Starting from the ambiance, it was good and comfortable.. place is neatly decorated. liked it.<br>

for starters we ordered manchow soup(odd choice, but we follow our gang ritual first), paneer tikka, masala papad.<br>

Main course: paneer taka tak, paneer lababdaar, veg. toofani, Dal Fry, Veg. Biryaani & Jeera Rice.<br>

Our choice for paneer was obvious, but we were not certain on which other subzi to order, so, we took the suggestion of the captain there. He suggested us Veg. toofani and told us that it was their speciality, so we agreed on that.<br>

TASTE:<br>
The paneer tikka starter was awesome..wanted some more.. it was nicely stuffed and flavored.<br>
The food tasted well, especially paneer takatak and paneer lababdaar - Delicious.<br>
The other items - veg biryaani, dal were OK.. nothing worth mentioning.<br>

The so-called 'speciality' veg toofani wasnt much appealing by taste.. it was a mix veg with a base of mint, didnt like that much.<br>

SERVICE:<br>
The staff was polite , helpful & responsive. They promptly responded to our queries and requests, i appreciate that.<br>

DOWNS:<br>
On the down side, i would like to add that the menus were inconsistent.. i mean the rates of dishes were missing in some and some were edited so it created a sort of confusion for us..<br>
Also, We asked for soya chaaps but unfortunately, they were unavailable... that turned us down a bit... would like to taste 'soya chaaps' once. <br>
