"It's upscale food in a downscale presentation, like Panera bread, and it's done very well! Our family ordered a Ahi Tuna Salad, the Nigiri sushi combo, a couple of the bento meals. I think a more refined venue would've fit the price and quality of the food better, but I forgot all about that when I actually started eating."

"Terrible service. Period. Umbrellas and heaters set up outside. We ask of they are serving outside. Yes. So I have to ask for menus. 15 min later, they shut their door. I dont know whats up with this place but this kind of service is crap. Another time, we showed up, waited for almost 60min AFTER we placed our order. Their excuse was there were several phone-orders ahead of our order. They shouldve TOLD US THIS, instead of taking our order and keeping us waiting for an hour. Absolutely LAME. MEANWHILE the owner is next door serving up drinks at his other restaurant. Seriously?"

"I really enjoyed this place and really had a good time. We ordered: Karaage Veggie pot stickers Cucumber noodle salad Eggplant and duck bao Cow character bun Fat duck ramen Feedback karaage was standard, but didn't come with any lemon. This was unusual for me, since nearly every other place I've been to always provided a wedge Cucumber noodle salad was drenched in dressing. The bottom of the dish was a pool. the fat duck ramen was outstanding save for one thing, the noodles were a little soft. Next time I'd ask to see if I can get them as firm noodles or as al dente as possible. Standouts: Veggie pot stickers actually had good heat to them. Eggplant bao was delicious according to the wife."

"Overall the experience was average and good enough for a quick lunch run. I ordered a miso soup and a California roll. The roll was average. One difference that I noticed from most other rolls is the crab was not the usual crab and mayo combination, but just the crab stick. I think this made the roll a little more bland compared to other rolls, but not bad. The miso soup was mostly the same as everywhere else, but it included fried tofu pieces instead of regular cubed tofu pieces. The roll did come with a small green salad which was a nice perk to the meal."

"1st time visitors wife and I got on the grill table. Damn this place is I got to say really good. I can give 10 plus stars if I could. The place is a little outdated but don't let the looks fool you. Great customer service the chef did a quick nice show while cooking our food and very well served. Priceless I'd say. Highly recommend"
