"I was looking forward to eating in. I took my twins with me. We order beef soup and prawns with noodles. Absolutely not what I expected. Raw prawns came. My boy asked me if the prawns are meant to pink when cooked. Seriously a disgrace to the chef. Soup was beef cube not homemade broth. Seriously train your staff, front of house server was not bother about it. As he lost all interest. Never again not even if it was free."

"Insanely great quality of food! Great authentic sushi and sashimi. Hidden gem which does not catch the eye. Service is great. Cash only but that is absolutely fine. No alcohol is served but you can bring your own drink/bottle and they charge a very very small fee per person (sth like £2). Prices are very reasonable. Probably one of the best honest sushi in the UK."

"I really wanted noodles while walking around Edinburgh and this was the first place I saw. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money, so Yocoko was the perfect fit. I ordered the mixed meat with vermicelli noodles (dry, Cantonese style) and an extra rabbit-shaped rice because it looked cute on the menu. The noodles were exactly what I was craving: wok-fried, great soy sauce base taste, and lots of chicken, beef, and pork mixed in. Simple and delicious. The rabbit rice came out looking a lot different than how it did on the menu, but it was still cute and I appreciated the effort. The rice was sticky rice in a bed of tomato with egg soup. It was actually really good all together. The entire meal cost me about £8 and filled me up. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was quiet and a nice place to relax after walking around the city for a while. Come here if you're looking for a good, warm meal at an affordable price."

"Beautiful pub with a separate vegan menu. I had the nutritious bowl that was amazing, but my friend had the burger he said was average. they usually have a vegan roast on Sunday, but unfortunately it was vegetarian yesterday. desserts were amazing. four vegan desserts with vegan ice and custard"
