"We had a lovely meal overlooking the ocean, with outstanding service. Between the two of us, we ordered green salads, halibut, and sturgeon (wrapped with a prawn mousse) a particularly innovative presentation. They were able to accommodate my husband's need for a gluten free...(celiac) meal. Happily, almost all desserts are GF. We ordered the Sea Buckthorn chocolate dessert, which was gorgeous and scrumptious, and the rhubarb tart w/bay ice cream. All excellent!"

"We went to dinner back to sobo (we went two years ago. I called in advance to make a reservation and spoke to the owner/cook to see if teller could be modified for vegans. she said sure (they did the last time. the menu changes. we had this beautiful dish minus the yogurt make it vegan. it was divine! yam with charred wild rice, kale, kicherbsen and slightly spicy sauce. they even had a vegan cookie; . highly recommended."

"Unbelievable steam buns! The texture of the bun was perfect and the flavours of the ingredients inside were 10/10. We tried the Pork Belly and Tuna buns but they have a few other flavours, plus curries and Noodle bowls, too. Definitely check this place out, just one block down from the main street and way less busy!"

"Ce restaurant est à essayer au moins une fois si vous êtes à Tofino.La carte propose différents plats japonais qui conviendront à tous les goûts et à toutes les envies.Les chirashis et les okonomiyakis étaient très bons.Le service est sympa et les prix sont corrects.Si le temps le permet, installez-vous en terrasse (moins bruyant et moins d'odeurs)."
