"A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars. Thank goodness I did not review it then. We have only been to the Robinson. I will try a different location next time. The Robinson location went down hill in the last couple of months. The food was awful. The french toast looked burnt, but the waitress swore it was not. It is just caramelized, the waitress said. Who caramelizes french toast ? Regardless, it looked burnt and guess what ? It tasted burnt. I used to love their breakfast food. None of it has been good. Back to the waitress, we had the same woman the last two times. She was terrible. She took forever to bring our food out, that by the time she did it was all cold. She forgot a few things completely. Dropped glass, shattering it all over the floor. Will not return. I will say this, the store section has the nicest people working over there. I absolutely love them.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the store section. She also loves the grilled chicken tenders and fries.Parking: There is a huge parking lot around it."

"Limited menu through new years according to our server. However our favorites were still on the menu. It was busy, but we did not have any wait. The food came out quickly and was good as always. Our server, John, was very quick, attentive, and professional. We generally love cracker barrel and this was just what we expected."

"Ordered at 703, payed at the front at 729, said it would be ready in 25 min when we called. 752 we asked about our food and it was ready the whole time, lady didn't call it back that we were there. I don't understand how you can pay at the front desk and the back not know you are there. Food is great, people were kind, but disappointed with the lack of communication with front and back of house"
