"This place was delicious. Service was great and parking was accessible. However, the line when we went was extremely long. We waited around 30+ minutes to order. That was the only hiccup. Cute little establishment otherwise though! Great food. Also, as a sidenote, most of the staff members were not wearing masks for Covid now, August 2021, with the Delta variant surging."

"Very calm, cozy and warm vibe. Ordered a Chai Latte, which was pretty grood, and sat near the window and looked out at the neighborhood. One thing that I liked the most about the vibe was the group of older gentlemen that sat around a table laughing and talking. I could tell they come here alot or probably do this everyday. With their presence it gave it that family or community feel to it. I will come back again. Thanks for the experience!"

"Beautiful decor and beautiful food. Really worth a visit (or two or three... My ivory éclair (I had the smoked salmon was delicious, and so was the dark chocolate éclair. The tea was served from the porcelain. I'm sure I'm back with friends."

"Went for the first time this evening. We had reservations but arrived early. We were promptly seated as tables were available. We had excellent service. I have food allergies and all precautions were taken not to cross contaminate my food. We ordered drinks which were excellent. Appetizers which arrived timely and hot, and dinner which also arrived timely and hot. We ordered a bottle of wine which was fairly priced and properly poured. All 4 diners were pleased with their selections. We had the pork chop special, chicken salad, chicken Milanese, and wedge salad and mac and cheese. I saw recent reviews and was a little concerned but our experience was excellent."

"Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! Hands down, a gem tucked away in Montrose! Don’t hesitate to visit! Especially if you’re looking Sunday brunch without a line.Now on to the details for those that need more. I got the waffle eggs and bacon with a side of their potatoes. The eggs were my absolute favorite. Scrambled light and fluffy. Not over cooked not undercooked, just right! The waffle hit the spot. Bacon was tasty and crispy! I’m definitely coming back!"

"Vibe- Such a cozy coffee shop, they had me at whatever playlist they were playing because it was giving early 2000s (roll out x Ludacris is the song I walked in on lol) There's a good amount of seating outside and 3 square tables with a bar across the back wall with some seats inside. There's a door on the front of the building and there's a back door too that leads into the parking lot outside. I noticed pictures on the walls all around and asked the barista that rung me up about them, she said they are by a local photographer (Robert A. Sykes) from his trip to New York. I think it's neat that they use art from locals! Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I ordered a hot chai tea with vanilla and oatmilk; it was yummy. Parking- There's a few spots on the street right in front of the building and there's a lot out back with a good amount of parking"
