"Staff was nice, but the smoothie was WAY too sweet. I ended up having to just throw it away it was much too much. I got the Mocha one with coffee in it and it seriously just tasted like extremely sugary ice. My only recommendation would be to take it easy on the sweeteners... Next time I go there, I'm asking for no added sweetener."

"Very disappointed. Breakfast sandwiches are always super hard or over cooked to the point that I can?t eat them. They?re so tough and hard, and they don?t have a working phone so you?ll have to drive way back there to the location if something iswrong. I?m definitely going to stop ordering at this place. The coffee is good as well as the customer service, but breakfastsandwich and getting in contact with someone SUCKSSSS."

"Excellent customer service! I called the day before to put a large pick-up order for my office, and I was treated with such respect and professionalism. The lady who took my order went out of the way to make sure she is right. She was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. The service was top notch. The 3 employees made sure to get all my sauces and the food presentation was clean and saw appetite. They even helped me get it into my car. The food was fresh, tasty and affordable. Thank you again and I will be a returning customer. Great job!"

"Only three tables. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by an assistant manager who 's white shirt was distractingly ill-fitted. The gaps between the buttons were extremely unflattering and unprofessional. She led us to a booth laid the menus on the table. There were only 2 other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. We sat unattended for approximately 10 minutes, before Shawna 'greeted ' us. Shawna didn 't make eye contact with either my fiancee or I as she rattled off her introductory speech. "Cute little coffee shop! they have some fun combinations of mochas to try. I wish they had more breakfast options like sandwiches instead of just baked. the kokoshahn was really good! can not wait to try the karamell mocha. also they have some fun Italian so that they look good."
