"Had to wait ten minutes to order food for my 5 year old son. They were more interested in serving alcohol than football began. I talked to a few next to me, I said it's annoying to be ignored while people do nothing. I was heard by whom I suspected was the bar manager, he asked what I said. I repeated it, and he said I shouldn't be rude. I explained I'm talking to the couple next to me, and that's not how it was rude. However, at the bar ignored by his staff (without someone even say: "I will be with you in a few minutes" was rude and bad customer service. Instead of apologising about my waiting and understanding of a customer that no communication is ignored and bad customer service, he just went in defense/attack mode. It is not cut out for bar/restaurant work. Because his customer service is shocked. Even as a black card member, I won't eat there when he works. It must be moved by management or into another role that does not confront customers."

"Had my baby shower here today and the team went above and beyond, absolutely fantastic service, lovely venue and helpful staff, couldn't recommend a higher quality everyone had a lovely time and they were so accommodating, helped us decorate the venue, allowed me my own playlist, were attentive and always clearing tables of glasses and then helped me pack my car with the presents etc afterwards, a really amazing day thank you so so much Steve and team I'm so grateful you were fantastic"
