"The food was exquisite, beautifully presented and very unique. We had the tasting menu and each course though delicate was bursting with flavours. The Beetroot, pear white balsamic vinegar was especially pleasing but the plate which stole the show was the Parsnip, apple calvados desert. It really shouldn’t work but it did with bells on, it was absolutely delicious. Head Chef Harvey Perttola personally served one course and chatted passionately about his menu which was very refreshing and made a good experience into a great one. We will be back and would recommend Maribel very highly to anyone."
