"Come alone (without women or children to discover a restaurant in the still filled parking lot, I discovered a large room decorated with casks and woodwork, not to mention the shaded terrace or veranda. Once the menu in hand, an American made home, very well done, accompanying me for choice, difficult on a generous card, I explored this one with the papilla in the emoi and knowing only to choose. My choice was for the entry of a basquaise pie, whose components, succulents and ready jams were in the mouth like delicious treats. As for the fillings that accompany this pie, they have been salted, sweet, acid and bitter, offering taste buds a wonderful balance of flavors. the little cocktail with the cream of burgundy (local Norman nest was accompanied by a sorbet of grapefruit that, once mixed with the creamer, turned out refreshing to attack the rest of the meal. My choice had been on a small pig's cast-iron walnut (all me. . it was filled with a fine and curious slice of toast. I decided to make a small spread with the creamy and generous content of my plate. other than the small jesus in velvet panties ... perished formula but which expresses so well the flavor, the sweetness and the wonders produced by this delicious blend. the meal ends with a baba to the old cuba rum accompanied by anti-rires ice and poached bananas. This only statement would even delight the most rustral! I was accompanied by a local organic cognac, vivid and delicious old leather to wish! Anyway, nothing to say about this wonderful place! Great card! service discreet, but effective and smiling despite the superb and delicious flat-rigour mask! Don't hesitate!"
