"This notice concerns this restaurant only for lunch, because it was at that time that we went there several times. the staff is very friendly, whether from the reception or throughout the service. on the noon it is proposed a formula with 19 euros whose dishes have always been excellent for us, from entry to dessert. This formula includes a glass of wine and a coffee (not bad at all.) our last meal consisted of a soup of potato with herrings in entry, a sausage of chorizo served with young shoots of wild spinach (divin!) and a chocolate mousse topped with fruit cream (I apologize for some very approximate names regarding the entrance and dessert.) we strongly advise before we return."

"On the occasion of a friend dinner we could book a table at the restaurant embassy to which we gave our first visit. The entrance was quite strange because we were greeted by all the waitresses while the restaurant was completely empty. Later we ordered the whole of our menu that came to us gradually interspersed by soft mouths. In this regard the first were quite average, but the following rose to the level. Inputs and dishes were delicious for both taste buds and eyes. It is very pleasant to note that the chaining of plates is done very fluidly without the feeling of waiting. The meal was really good what justifies me 4 stars instead of 5 is in the first part of my first remark. The waitresses are very omnipresent, too, which harms the intimacy of the taboo. And also our table was badly located, too close to the stairs and the service door, cause of sound inconvenience. It is nevertheless worth noting that professionalism is rigorous and that the service as a whole is very pleasant. In itself a very beautiful experience that I recommend. PS: The chef in person comes to greet the tables at the end of the evening to inquire about the smooth running of the meal which is appreciable."

"How we found this place I 'm not quite sure, but we did, passing a pleasant hour or so before tootling over to Beziers Airport for the flight home. It is out of the way over seriously narrow humped back bridges and pot holed roads but the setting is special, right on the bank of the Canal Du Midi where you can watch the passing boats chug by. I loved the way the other diners all said Bonjour.... to us when we arrived and took our seats in the pretty garden. We opted for the Formula lunch which included two very tasty salads, delicious Pork or Fish with excellent vegetables, followed by a Strawberry Gazpacho with a hint of mint and a creamy ice cream centre. Delicious! I would say top end of average dining, worth the trip certainly but I suspect the evening meal prices are considerably higher than our reasonable lunch. The place could do with a bit of a sweep and a clean up with some attention to detail....."
