"De passage à Chamalières, installés pendant quelques jours sur le secteur, cette "Passerelle" s'imposait à nous de façon évidente ! L'accueil par le boss est très chaleureux, les doses copieuses, et les plats du jour sont comparables à certains plats gastronomiques ! Une carte des champagnes avec des marques réputées servies à la coupe à des prix nullement comparables aux tables étoilées ; il faut le souligner ! Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois, et chaque fois nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Endroit au calme puisque en retrait du boulevard, belle terrasse, petit parc ombragé à proximité : que demander de plus ? Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir en 07/2017... Les habitués ne s'y trompent pas vu qu'il vaut mieux réserver..."

"Some will say it’s a too cozy restaurant, some will say you’d better place a reservation, some will say service can take a while... but all in all that is side effects of success! I’ve never seen that place empty and if you can have...lunch or dinner, do not hesitate a second. You won’t be disappointed if you like recipes done like at home made of local products. If you add the very affordable price aspect, that’s the perfect place. We can’t have a day in Clermont Ferrand without stopping by Lard et la Manière. I can’t find a negative note. 6 out of 5 !"

"It was not our first visit to this restaurant, and we had always been conquered. except this time. food remained very good for the price, but service and respect for barrier measures are clearly nonexistent! no check of the health pass, mask worn under the nose when it was worn, even notice for the kitchen staff according to what was seen, which is not frankly engaging. my companion was a little disappointed with the size of his pizza, who knew them much larger. it wasn't really hot in the restaurant, even the waiter kept his doudoune! There were also people who looked outside the service who were walking freely in the kitchen. This is not serious. not sure that I let myself be convinced to go back."
