"This use to be one of my local haunting places when I first arrived to Wellington several years ago. During this time I have seen new restaurants pop up and close down, but Miyabi still stands. So there must be something about Miyabi were people keep coming back. "Dinner at 6pm on a week day. It was busy. I've never been here before and the thing that struck me most was the size of the place once you're inside. That, and you feel transported away from Cuba street. Nice decor and pizza over create a nice ambiance.<br/ <br/ We ordered a Peroni and a bellini. Food; the tomato pasta with a side salad and the veggie pizza. <br/ <br/ Given how bust they were the food arrived in 10 minutes, which was great. Each dish was simple, fresh and flavoursome. The pasta was rich in flavour, the salad crisp with a delicious drizzle of oil and the pizza, light, crisp and loaded with toppings. The chili oil had a good kick to it too. Dishes were s good size too. We were stuffed.<br/ <br/ We took away a tiramisu to eat at home. Delicious and expertly made, good balance of flavours. Only thing was (for the price) a very small portion, but it wasn't a massive deal.<br/ <br/ The staff are super attentive, but more so, very polite and helpful. <br/ <br/ All up $91.00.<br/ <br/ We're planning our next visit already!"

"To celebrate my birthday in Wellington, we visited Field Green on a Saturday. We had chef’s tasting plates at the bar table watching chefs work on our dishes. It was a particularly a quiet night for the restaurant, which gave us more time to convert with chefs who were extremely friendly and fun to spend time. We were amazed with every dishes (lambs were perfection, king fish crudo with fennel so refreshing! The chefs kindly increased portion for us which was amazing. To conclude the great night, their bottomless ice cream flavour options made us 150% full. Thank you for the wonderful night! We would love to come back for brunch menu."
