"Came here with daughter. Both vegetarian. Setting is nice. Ordered Vietnamese Summer rolls and soup of the day (apple-celery) for starter. Soup was tasty. Summer rolls were good but a bit heavy and over-tofu'd. For mains one ordered burger and chips (quite heavy, burger ok...but not so tasty) and the other ordered gnocchi (substantial portions, but the gnocchi itself was too fat; whole thing a bit oily)."

"I’ve been going to Stadtwirt for the past years with family and friends, we have an apartment nearby. We’ve had some very good meals and are friendly with some of the people that work there. However weeks ago I thought that the quality...of cooking was not very good, basically my schnitzel was overcooked. Last night with friends I was embarrassed about the quality, it was absolutely DISGUSTING. My friends schnitzel was overcooked and the batter (coating) was awful. My kidneys (nierndln) which is normally one of my favourites were large hunks of fat and gristle, really awful. Incredibly lazy chefs for not preparing properly, slicing them and presenting properly. I sent them back and it put me off eating anything else from their menu. After leaving I watched the cooks through their windows. They were touching raw meat and then cooked meat with their bare hands! That sort of behaviour is unsafe and unacceptable. Never again."

"This is the first establishment we found In Vienna that the waitress did not speak English. The food was traditional Austrian. We had tafelspitz, minced veal collops, fried chicken and eiernockerl (Viennese dumpling cut up and mixed with scrambled egg). The food was very good,...although maybe the eiernockerl was on the bland side. Reasonably priced."

"Absolut unmögliches Verhalten einer Dame mit kurzen blonden Haaren (Besitzerin?) den Gästen (nicht nur uns) gegenüber. Bei der Unfreundlichkeit verwundert, dass überhaut noch Kundschaft kommt. Der Brunch ist lieblos und wenig Auswahl im Vgl. zu anderen Brunch-Locations, wo Lachs, Eiergerichte etc. zum Standard gehören. Womit die Au punktet, ist einzig und allein der Standort im Park.good food - nice location - lovely staff....DAS WAR EINMAL das Café AU vor der Neuübernahme vor ca. 3 Jahren!"

"This restaurant is up on the 6th floor and with a beautiful balcony. the sunset was lovely.such interesting food to choose from. definitely make a reservation. there is fish, meat, sushi, vegetarian dishes. all were fabulous. not cheap but by ny standards very reasonable. 4 of us paid under $120 american. that included drinks, appetizers, entre, desserts and coffee."

"Vom Ambiente so, wie man sich ein Wiener Gasthaus vorstellt. Die Karte ist eher mager, die Preise weniger. Im Sommer empfiehlt sich , im Vorgarten Platz zu nehmen. Trotz des starken Verkehrs gleich daneben ist die Luft draußen angenehmer."
