"I used to really love this place, but the quality, and service have really declined. Food was okay, but it was so slow. Spent half my lunch hour waiting on two dubs with only one person in line in front of me. I hope they can bounce back but I'll be hard pressed to return anytime soon."

"Loved the theming in this restraunt. A little over the top but fun. Food was good. Started with chips and salsa. Chips had low salt which was a nice change. Salsa had excellent flavor, and mild on the heat. Steak enchiladas looked great. Tasted good. Service was near perfect. Server always appeared at just the right time. Capped it off with fried ice cream. Expected the glaze to be a little sweeter. All in all good experience."

"The waitress forget that our chips Salsa pair orders drink from the bar. on the food order. then took 15min to find them or someone to go our review container then forever to pay the bill. She messed up the bill at $9.00, but I was so ready to leave that I didn't say anything. Maybe it's awhile before we go back, but we loved eating that was served properly."

"I'll travel one-way for this pizza for two hours if that gives you an idea how good it is. Buddy uses Daiya vegan cheese. The crust on her Detroit style pizzas is to die! Buddy's has a long list of gourmet toppings such as artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, basil. Buddy's salads are HUGE. A regular salad is more than enough for two people. They're also delicious. This is not one of those places where they give you a bowl of iceberg salad and they call it a salad. You have a good wine list, cocktails and beer. Outdoor seating and friendly staff."

"Came in ahead of rush, ordered drinks drinks). min later one beer served, more minutes a second drink arrived, min later food soups) arrived. Another min minutes food orders arrived, one item was steak salad, the steak was cold, the ribs were just warm. Remaining drinks were nevered served. Made a manager aware of drink situation after the drink arrived, nothing was done. We finally made general mgr aware, she removed the drinks from our bill and removed steak salad from bill along with excuses for poor service. We left with the feeling we had bothered the managers and one did nothing while the other three us s none to get us out and on our way. We weren’t loud about our complaints we kept it discreet but left feeling as though we had bothered the general manager. A TERRIBLE experience"

"The best place in Grand Rapids for bulk fish or a fast food and much more, it is absolutely fantastic quality and every time I go there, I am am amazed at the food and the workers are extremely friendly and want to speak, they recognize me every time I get back to get food and this type of customer service is REALLY rare to find these days. The food is always freshly cooked and there are homemade bread to die on fried foods, plus they have bulk / uncooked fish if you plan to do a cook or something with family! A"
