"Oh my. I’m stuck in a hotel room and although I live near by this was the widest pizza I ever ordered. Asked for butter with the bread and graded cheese both of which I asked for on the side. They must not care about anything because the pizza was taken out of the windo NOT HEATED. COLD AND NASTY. I asked for butter needless to say I never got any. And the graded cheese was no where to be seen. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told he’s in the hospital but after I asked to return their nASTY food which looks like garbage they said the owner wi call I guess he’ll call from the hospital. Or they lied to me in which since I live one town over we will see. Don’t order from here they don’t care if the food is worth eating or not. Not!! Guess nothing left to do but call the credit card company because I’m not paying for cold food. Don’t eat here"

"When did Arby 's become so expensive? Two sandwiches, three cookies, and a small drink came to $25! I would feel better about the high prices if the food quality rose to the commiserate level, but the burger was at fastfood standards and somewhat dry. Wendy 's (part owner of Arby 's and McDonald 's have better burgers, despite all the Arby 's hype. Since Arby 's is charging Applebee 's prices, I give the burger a rating at the price: 1.5 out of 5. If I had gotten this burger at Applebee 's, I would have sent it back to the kitchen. As it was, I was already at my house at first taste, and a drive back to the Arby 's would not have been worth it. The second sandwich, a bourbon BBQ, was light on bourbon sauce and slight on flavor. It was also slightly dry. I gave it 2 out of 5 stars. The cookies, prepackaged and assumingly not freshly baked, were fair but had an odd aftertaste. These were also pricey at $1.99 per cookie. I rated the cookies 2.5 out of 5 stars. I will not rate the small Coke (maybe Pepsi? , but I will mention here that it is priced higher than a McDonald 's large Coke. Regarding atmosphere: It was a drive thru a poorly paved, sadly unscenic drive thru. Regarding service: The folks who work there are friendly and personable. They could not have been better. "We went here after we got done skiing at Sunday River. Weren't expecting much, but where blown away. Food was excellent, great ambience especially for a Thursday. And the service was excellent Tina was our waitress she was extremely nice and very attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant especially if you looking for a good burger after a great day on the slopes!"
