"We had a truly weird room, which was not only dated, but had a murphy bed, a desk, a dining room table, and a coffee table. Bathroom had no fan. The fire alarm went off in the night, and no discount was extended to those of us who were inconvenienced. It was pricey, we were there for a conference, so was very convenient. The food in the restaurant takes a really, really long time, and the bar service in general is slow. Restaurant and bar have weird hours, in general. Wifi was great and in general we had a good time. Staff was kind and helpful."

"Great service here. Its slow in the offseason so its nice to get the hot tub and pool to yourself. Winter season is awesome with ski in/out, spa, hot tub, sauna, restaurant conveniently located at the hotel. We prefer it over the Summit which can get a bit overcrowded. The staff at the Jordan is the most friendly and helpful compared to the other New England ski resorts we been to. Not as posh as Stow but much better skiing and alot more homey . Highly recommended."

"I still don 't know if they still call it the Northern Lights Cafe anymore, but that doen 'nt really matter. The food and drinks here are very well served, prepared, and cooked, along with a excellent seating area with a nice comfy couch, and a flatscreen TV. It 's a nice secret getaway from the north and south ridge lodges, and is hidden from the entrance of the hotel, providing an excellent in-and-out system for skiers that come in from jordan bowl. Not many guests at the hotel know where this place is, and as far as I know, the people at the front desk will not tell you otherwise."

"Food was amazing, service great. Too bright and loud."

"The customer service here is excellent. The ski infrastructure is also very modern and the skiing is good. I am staying at the Jordan Hotel. It is superb. The staff are great and it is a genuinely customer service focussed approach. Shout out to the manager George. A small issue arose this morning at breakfast and he fixed it immediately. Much appreciated George. THANKS!"
