"I come to le peeps alot. Ans this particular time I was skipped even thous I was not even 5 feet away from the check In desk. Not did I have to wait extra time but when when I approached ofter a long wait. The lady lied and said she called my name. I called her out on it and told her no you didn't. You are family owned and no one should treat other people like that. Her unprofessionalism and attude make mw not want to come back. I work I. Hospitality and know how to treat people. It was on Sunday around noon. Skinny asian chick. Who was taking names. September 10th. My name is snow. It will be on the last of names.ReplyI wasn't waiting outside I was inside like I said setting on the bench. And we made eye contact plenty of times after I gave her my name so I don't believe that. She knew I was thier on the bench..inside the restaurant. Training is what is needed in customer service. Amber was great. She knows customer service 100%."

"I frequent this Einstein bagels to get the same sandwich almost once a week maybe more. And there's always something wrong with my sound. Today there was no difference but I'm not coming back after this trip. Not only was my bagel hard and dry, they didn't toast it like I asked and there was so much mustard and mayonnaise on it that it was just leaking out of the sides, there was one small piece of Turkey lunch meat and more lettuce than should ever be on a sandwich. It's as if they do not care when they're making your food or maybe it's just my food. Or maybe it's just my food"

"I stopped today because I have never been to the Aurora location. How beautiful this is. The way it overlooks the river. It's location is so awesome. I sat outside just watching ducks. But on top of this, the coffee is delicious. I had a honey oat latte and for sure recommend it. Staff is friendly. The business supports BLM.. YES. There are highchairs. I for sure recommend stopping in especially if it is nice enough to sit outside."
