"Big shout out to this place, it really is such a gem in Banff. The bar manager Frank went out of his way to look after us, so hospitable and friendly. We were served most days by the lovely and polite Scott, he is a credit to you. But if you want fun and a drink, the best brisket in town, authentic country music, saloon atmosphere, this is the place to go!!"

"Don’t expect a great or even a good service at this McDonald’s location (Banff).First of all, I was standing in line and waiting for a staff to acknowledge my presence. I have to call someone to take my order. I was shocked to hear when the cashier told me to order at the kiosk! Seriously! Not everyone are comfortable using the kiosk, besides I have other questions on my order.Second, the manager on duty wasn’t friendly and energetic (that definitely reflect the staff morale). I politely requested for a condiments (1 sweet and sour sauce and 1 chicken sauce). Surprisingly! I have to pay extra for the sauces!Lastly, the manager and staff should be aware of the people ordering their food and stop whatever paper works you are doing or closing duties. I know it’s almost home time but Focus on the customers! Smile and be friendly!"
