"We stopped off here, for lunch, as with most McDonalds, they want you to use the display boards to order, which can be a little frustrating. Service was fast and good, and with a smile, which you can not normally count on. Food as expected, tables clean."

"Operated by Moroccan young (I think lol, they speak Arabic), this place certainly has a feeling for it because of the lighting and relaxed ambiente. I found the personal to be polite. <br/>Been there time. I tried her children hot chocolate, kit kat hot chocolate (or lions can't remember) and a mojito. Both hot drinks were really nice, but the mojito was bad I have to say (not near a mojito). I wanted to try their cake as they looked beautiful (especially the chocolate one), but I guess I left it for another time."

"Big lunch happy, living environment. we love to go here on Saturday lunch or weekday dinner. the atmosphere is relaxed, busy and friendly and eating decidedly English and delicious. they do salate, English breakfasts of vegetarian or meat varieties. the environment is colorful and clean, the manager and the personal helpful and efficient. it is great to rub shoulders with the fresh and energetic, fun trendy students. they can read the papers and research entertainment and art events."

"Tried here as a change from Costa coffee, which were quite rude on our last visit in Mere Green. Where their coffee was undrinkable and just looked like hot milk. Anyway enjoyed our toasted sandwiches at Nero especially the cheese and mushroom one and cheese and tomato was very nice too. Pleasant staff, asked for extra hot lattes and that’s what we got, unlike Costa. Could do with a bit of a clean up as nothing is getting swept from under the tables, just a quick wipe on the top. Hubby visited toilet and said that could have done with a good scrub too and seat needed fixing.. Not rocket science ! But will visit again when shopping local."

"Good location in the Canal basin. Polite service. Food terrible. Poached eggs were like shuttle cocks. Cant understand how the kitchen/chef thought they were expectable to send out. Too vinegary not drained made the muffin mush. I did send it back they generously did not charge for the other breakfasts that were very below par."
