"I'm so disappointed by this two-g of dieucks. after months and months as the use of this as our usual coffee they will pick me up for our office to buy and spend enough money! the coffee must be returned several times. gnats piss comes in mind,...excuse me for the vulgarity. every time the coffee is too weak, and today the milk really tasted. the coffee mix is terrible. we went and broken to a coffee place down the road later, and that was just as delicious! Come, people, don't lose our need! we use them several times a day and it really goes downhill, coffee wise."

"Our visit came highly recommended, but we were left pretty underwhelmed to be honest. We weren’t greeted at the door or shown to a table, we just wandered in and found somewhere to sit. Our table for four had just one menu, so we all...had to share. We really wanted afternoon tea but it wasn’t on the menu. Having made our choices does someone take our order? Nobody appeared so my wife went to the till. She returned a moment later, there’s a sign advertising afternoon tea behind the till. After a quick discussion she returned to the till with our revised order. When she came back it transpired the afternoon tea is only available at the other branch, or by prior arrangement. Back to plan A then. When the food came it was really nothing special. Toasted cheese sandwich with a little dish of shredded cabbage and huge bits of onion that passed as coleslaw. No cutlery or serviettes so your fingers got coated in grease from the cheese. I decided to finish with the famous cream scone. This was unceremoniously dumped on our table with our removing the empty plates so space was running out. Again, tea with no spoon. One other thing to note, there seemed to be an awful lot of flies in the room. Didn’t see them anywhere else. I wonder why?"

"The food was terrible. The place looked very nice and the pictures online seemed delicious. But once there, the service was so slow it was like watching a glacier crawl. We ordered the burger for my kids and my mom and it was dry, tough and insipid. The kids did not eat at all! I ordered the steak and it was more nerve than steak. The peppercorn sauce was essentially flour, pepper and water…. My husband ordered the onion soup which was fine and the chicken which was overdone and chewy. The handicapped bathroom was more akin to a train station bathroom, dirty, smelly and the emergency cable hanging from the middle of the room had clearly been patched a few times… Overall, the worst dining experience we’ve had in the UK!"
