"The chakra wrap was great value for money. Huge wrap with lots of veggies. In fact I gave 1/2 to my daughter because the breakfast sammie she ordered was so tiny. Also tried a bite of the brunch chilequiles which were delicious but according to the person who ordered them were a little soggy. Highlights included the chipotle sauce."

"Went over for some coffee drinks and the barista asked me what do you want? . I tried asking for 3 drinks and I got to only one before I got interrupted with okay that 'll be . I was so dumbfounded that I just paid for the one drink and waited. Waited for 5 or so minutes and I left without any drinks at all. I get that it 's one person running the spot but good God."

"I have a long history with this shop because the owner trained all of the baristas at my second job (not Zumbar). I don't think I've ever left a review before now though even though I now come here frequently. But I thought I would today because I was super impressed that the barista was able to pour a perfect rosetta on a macchiato. I have 5 years of barista experience and I know that's not easy. You have to have perfect espresso and milk consistency and pouring technique to pull that off, and it was also delicious. Their customer service is also always excellent, they're always calm and friendly even when really busy and I always feel welcome here. I also prefer the modest authentic minimalist vibe over some of the other flashier but lesser quality cafe's in SD. This place is the real deal, such a hidden gem!"

"Unbelievable brunch in La Jolla. Recommended to find free parking at the nearby school and enjoy Brunch, then a nice walk along the beach path. Drinks and food were delicious, recommend sharing a few dishes. We enjoyed the eggs Benedikt with the Mexican touch and also the filled French toast with fruit added. You need to wait a while so put your name on the list then enjoy a nice walk."
