"I loved this place. came loyal for years, but today was terrible. it is so loud no isolation and they stack the plates on the front so that we had to scream each other. too many tables, so the waiters were hurried. the same waitress that took our order returned minutes later to ask if we wanted to order. then the smashed avo was so small and easy because I could have made a better version home. very disappointed by an old favorite of me."

"Pret is convenient and a great place to grab something on the go. The sandwiches, wraps and pre made salads and snacks are delicious, full of flavour and fresh. The cafe is situated pretty central in London Waterloo station making it easily accessible from and to train platforms. The cafe has limited seating upstairs and the staff are friendly and helpful. There didn’t seem to be a bin which meant a lot of rubbish scattered around but perhaps this may have been a factor in they were almost closer. Nevertheless an enjoyable trip."

"Online says they close at 2AM but they never let anyone in past 12PM I live next door so its a regular occurence. They have no customer service what so ever. Always advised to order via the app or we cannot order at all. Even though I explain I don't have a phone and need to order physically. They do not care, zero customer service whatsoever and do not care about their customers. Just want to finish and close out early. So obvious. Worse service I've ever experienced"
