"On Saturday the 1st July I ordered my McFeast meal, I got home to the reality , once again my order was wrong again. I rang the manager who said he will put it in the book and I will get a free meal. Today...the 3rd I went to get my free meal,wasn't in the book, but got it anyway, once again I get home and be damned the wrong order again. Now I was motivated.I drove straight back and stood behind a patient young girl waiting to place her order, I stood 5 minutes watching the kid wait. Finally Hussian the manager spotted me and knew they had once again stuffed my order, so he called me up. I told him serve the little girl, he waved her off and asked for me again. Now getting angry I said serve the girl she has been waiting for ages. He knew he better do it.Now it was my turn , I asked you get a lot of complaints, he agreed, I told him his staff are disorganized and they need to get a manager who can run this place. It was very badly run and he even answered to a lady in a cocky manner."
