"This place is going down big-time from what it used to be 10 years ago.. literally nothing is the same.Food quality very inconsistent.food tastes very inconsistent and poor, Compared to what it used to beThe stuff is nice but how does that help if they don’t know what they’re doing due to lack of training. Lately, Every time I walk in here there seem to be new people in training which worries me because that means they don’t take care of their employeesYou can definitely tell there is a big management issue."

"We kept seeing the line out the door every weekend- so we had to give it a try! Employees was nice, especially the front guy taking names and sitting people, he was moving fast around that place lol. Food was quick, hot fresh. I give it a 4star only because- you have to pay at the same counter that everyone is checking in at. The front is already busy and packed with people waiting to be seated, and with the line waiting to pay for their order to leave just makes it morepacked up front. We would recommend still, but hope they will change the pay the bill a different way. :"

"I have been looking for a quaint coffee shop in Plano and I finally found it. This is beautiful. It's an old cotton mill/loft kind of feel. The floors are distressed cement with random carpet swatches. The walls are a mix of old miss-matched acme bricks and barn wood planks. The furniture is mostly ubber comfortable couches, love seats and wingbacks. It's fantastic. <br/ <br/ The service is top notch. I was greeted twice with a nice smile. I was asked my name, and had my hand shaked for being a first time visitor. I planned on leaving with my cafe mocha, but this was so impressive I stayed and read a book as I folded into the cushiest chair. Double thumbs up."

"The food was absolutely amazing, as was the service. The decor in the Red Truck is fitting and tasteful, kind of reminds me of Grandma's house. Breakfast anytime and the chicken fried steak and the fried pork chops are definitely worth trying. Didn't get to have dessert last time I was there but I will definitely get on my next visit. Will be back."
